One to one yoga - in your own home
I will
visit your home and teach yoga on a one to one basis. Or if you prefer,
you could invite a friend/s or neighbour/s to join you and share the costs.
The yoga
session will take 2 hours:
A quarter of
an hour at the beginning to ascertain how you are and get ready for your
practise.
One and a half
hours of yoga, including gentle warming postures, yoga postures to suit all
abilities and ages, connecting to the breath throughout then special
breathing practises called pranayama.
To end
there is a total body relaxation called yoga nidra and positive, healing,
uplifting visualisations.
Finally,
approximately a quarter of an hour to answer any queries and discussion on
daily relaxation/life enhancing practices.
